Apostle Lorenzo James Rutledge

Apostle Rutledge is the Founder and Senior Bishop of International Development Churches EPC, Inc. He is a native of Grove Park, Florida. Apostle Rutledge gave his life to the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at a young age. At age seventeen, he humbly served as an armor bearer for the late Apostle Curtis Lake Jr. at Deliverance Miracle Revival Center. It was there that he received his  license at the age of nineteen and became a minister unto the LORD.

As it was prophesied by our Chief Apostle, Dr. SD James, “that a son born of his own spirit would be planted in Tallahassee, Florida” Apostle Rutledge received a vision of GOD, instructing him to begin a work in Tallahassee. In obedience to the voice of GOD, Apostle Rutledge moved his wife and children abruptly to the Tallahassee area.

Apostle Rutledge’s ministry is a testament to the following statement, “Let the work I have done speak for me.” He currently operates outreach ministries in over fourteen cities across Georgia and Florida. He is founder of Bethlehem Ephratah Campground, a 374 acre property for the saints of GOD. He was bestowed an honorary doctoral degree in 2018 through Destiny Bible College for his over 20 years of service to the body of Christ.

Apostle Rutledge is the husband of one wife, “Our Princess” First Lady Rutledge, and the father of Emmanuel, Hannah, and Armon Rutledge. The foundation of his work is found in Mark 9:23 “All things are Possible to Them that Believe.”
